*What does Awesome Abi's Disco provide for the party/event?
You get me 'Awesome Abi' as your party entertainer, the disco, a free smoke, bubble or snow machine, lots of games and free kids prizes and consolation sweets. I have the entertainment fully covered so you can relax and have a cuppa and a chat.
*What does Awesome Abi's Disco NOT Provide?
I DO NOT provide party food, birthday cake, partyware (plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths ect.), party bags or venue decoration (Balloons, party banners ect.) for any of my parties.
*Do I have to book a party venue?
YES! I am a mobile based disco entertainment service so I travel to a venue of your choice, for example such as a village hall, community centre, sports hall, hotel ect. I will also need at least two plug points for the disco.
*Can I book you for an outside event?
Yes! However a backup indoor venue or a reasonably sized marquee will need to be available if the weather decides to not play ball! Also I will need at least two plug points that can be accessed outside.
*Can I book you if my venue is upstairs?
Yes! Certainly can and there is no extra charge, however I may need more time to get into the venue and setup. This will be discussed when placing your booking.
*My venue has no parking on site, would that be a problem?
Some venues don't have parking on site but parking on the road opposite or nearby. As long as there is some form of parking nearby this is not a problem. Please inform me if the parking happens to be a long distance from the venue, as I will need more time to get in and setup. If possible securing me a parking space in advance, so I have easy access to the venue, would be much appreciated and would save you guys from worrying about timings.
*Can I book a bouncy castle to go with your party package?
Yes! I do not provide bouncy castles but you are welcome to book one for your party if u wish. However I will advise that my party packages already provide full entertainment including lots of games, disco and dancing and the children will already have plenty to do. Bouncy castles can be a distraction from my entertainment and I would advise if possible to have them blown down during my disco sections. You could have the bouncy castle in use before and/or after the party if you wanted to. It's entirely up to you and just some advice from my past experiences.
*How do I book and pay for a party?
Simple! Please contact me via phone on 07568 517719 or send me an email to awesomeabisdisco@outlook.com and I will be in contact asap to disscuss your booking. In order to confirm your booking a deposit will be taken via your debit/credit card or PayPal and you will need to electronically sign my booking contract, including my terms and conditions. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party to me in cash.
